Return & Refund Policy – ProstaMax

At ProstaMax, we aim to provide high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Products returned without valid reason will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a return pickup (if applicable).

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we offer a free replacement.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability at delivery time to avoid order cancellation.
